DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The product is still sealed and in its original packaging

- The product has not been used or worn
- The product has a genuine defect or fault when received
- The product was lost during postal delivery and proof was provided (e.g. no signed receipt, etc.)

Returns Policy

Return Terms:
- Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns after this time
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Customers must cover return shipping costs

- If a free item is included with the returned product. Returning the product only without the free item is considered an incomplete refund. In this case, the refund will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:
- Shipping costs
- Latex contact gloves with the protective palm foil removed (including damage to the latex after foil removal)
- Gloves with glove ID (unless the glove has a genuine defect or fault upon arrival)
- Products returned after 14 days of purchase
- Gloves with wear or deterioration that is considered fair use - latex is a natural material that can and will experience some wear from first use, the level of wear will vary depending on age, technique, playing surface and many other factors (see our glove care page HERE for more information)
- Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by failure to prepare and care for them in accordance with the glove care instructions on the packaging

How do I make a return?

Please ensure you have completed the form included with your order and include it with your return. If you have misplaced this form, you can download and print it from the link HERE . We recommend using a tracked service when returning to us. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for non-receipt of your parcel in our returns department.

Attention:

Shipping addresses that contain an error incorrectly added by the customer, resulting in the order being returned to our warehouse, will not be eligible for a refund of shipping charges if the customer chooses a return. If the customer wants us to re-ship the order, an additional shipping charge may apply.

Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted. If you decide to return the money to the Customer's bank account, you must provide the bank account number to which the payment will be returned. Shipping costs are not refundable.
